First time at Newport Lexus with my 2022 GX for an oil change and inspection. Dennis was my service advisor and he was great. It's an easy appointment to rush through, especially late in the day, but he took his time and made sure I was taken care of well. I'll be back.
Took the car in for 12v battery drain issue. Problem has not been solved and communication during the process was poor. The cover of my activity mount was not there after the service and could not be found.
I’ve taken my car here a few times and would like to highlight my amazing experience with service rep Duy! He’s extremely patient and diligent in his work and has made my services appointments so seamless! He’s very honest and upfront with the services and has great communication so I know what to expect!
