Great service. Joey helped me with a flat tired and got it patched up 20mins before closing.
Joey is an amazing service rep. I have worked with him for general maintenance twice and also new tires. He is very thoughtful and efficient. Not pushy and he focuses on doing right by the customer. Super efficient and trustworthy.
Peter, Sean, Alan and Falana were very kind and responsive to a nail in my tire. Squeezed me on a busy day and got it all sorted out.
I had my driver's power seat rail broken so I had it repaired at the dealership on April 7 under warranty. Your repairman damaged the paint and plastic trim on my car during the repair process. It's really bad that this happened! Your maintenance technicians are terrible. They damaged the paint next to my door when they replaced the electric slide rail of my seat, but the maintenance staff or the manager did not proactively tell me and directly delivered the car to me.
