Great customer service
10/10, great team of people working here doing wonderful work and consistently going above and beyond to make the experience as best as possible. This is the second best part of owning a Lexus. Great products made and maintained by great people from what I can see.
Dennis is the best service personal here that I had the pleasure of working with. Great customer service. Would be happy to work with him again. The other guy there - not so much, unfriendly and was trying to go against my reservation, whilst reviewing my reservation he asked me "are you going to wait here" for a service that was going to take more than several hours.
