I arrived by appointment and waited almost three hours to get a recall! The guy said he'd let me know when the car was ready, so I waited in the lobby! But after three hours, I decided to go out and ask when the car would be ready, but it turned out no one had even approached me. I was forced to leave without any results, ruining my mood and my day.
Dennis is my go to service advisor! He is so approachable, caring and professional- he made my experience at Newport Lexus a great one!! Even if this location is further from home, I make it a point to come here because I TRUST DENNIS.
