I would avoid Kenneth Bernard and his company at all costs. We went through an absolute nightmare in purchasing a home from this group. Poor construction, many deficiencies left without repair, horrible project managers, and he does not even respect basic contracts. Ken Bernard appears to be a very unstable individual to the point where we had to file a request for restraining order against him after he threatened us on our property.
