Staff was friendly, courteous, professional, caring and Respectful. They explain the process, the procedures that would take me through the MRI process. I have a little bit of claustrophobia so being placed in the tube is difficult. The staff was carrying an understanding the doctor provided me with medication to support the procedure. I would highly recommend this group
I made appointment and they told me this procedure is not cover by insurance .And I paid in full upfront . After 2 months I received a bill for the same procedure.I tried to call them but they are so rude reluctant to help and solve the issues.PLEASE ASK YOU DOCTOR TO REFER YOU SOMEWHERE ELSE

My experience with Newport Imaging Center was positive from start to finish. I requested a special approval from my doctor to get my CT Scan at this location not wanting to use the pre-approved provider after a terrible experience with the scheduling. After the approval came through, the scheduling staff was awesome assisting me. I was informed that I needed some blood work but was assured that I would receive an appointment as soon as the results were available.
