I'm so thankful for the help I received tonight from the ER peds nurse staff. They were courteous, respectful and kind. They were able to answer questions regarding my baby girl in my time of need!
Dr. Lilyja and nurse Pam were very helpful and responsive to a distressful and seemingly intractable medical problem.
We did a teladoc appointment and was told our son needed an ultrasound and we shouldnt wait. Instead of driving the hour to spokane we called the hospital in newport, no answer. My husband walked in and asked as soon as he got there do you have an ultrasound here, yes, we do yes. We proceed to get seen and the doctor says he will need an ultrasound. Yes we know.... Oh that department goes home at 6. well that was the only point of us coming here. The plus side is he didn't have to wait long.
