This place is ridiculous honestly! I can go on and on about my own experiences and things I’ve witnessed with this place (like how a relative of mine went in with chest pains and was told “acid reflux” but long story short, he had a blockage so bad in his heart that his body grew a whole new artery around it, major heart attack waiting to happen) BUT I’ll try to keep it to the most recent experience. Stopped by to have severe back pain checked out on our way from Washington State to north Carolina, late on a Friday night. All of the staff were very friendly, the nurses and doc were very professional. I've dealt with a variety of back issues for years and have dealt with medical staff of all varieties. This doc was very clear, his recommendations were just what I was hoping for, and with my specific long distance driving needs, took that into account with advice directly addressing the next few days. I'm so thankful for the help I received tonight from the ER peds nurse staff. They were courteous, respectful and kind. They were able to answer questions regarding my baby girl in my time of need!
