They are horrible they refused service to me and violated my hippa rights. Went to holy family instead and found out that I had over 60 lesions on my brain and multiple sclerosis

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! E.R. doctors DO BETTER!!Two horrible experiences 20 years apart and that is the only 2 times i have been there. The doctors they hire are very condescending and treat you like you are making it all up. I don't go to the hospital very often only when absolutely needed but they treat you like you come in all the time for no good reason. I've been to this hospital several times now. I've had a few visits where I was convinced they did not care one bit about me. But in June 2025 I arrived with chest and arm pain... I was having a cardiac event and I wasn't sure they believed me. The tests came back and then the care changed, I was transferred to Sacred Heart and recovered. Got triaged right away. Everyone was professional, friendly and thorough. Doctor was busy, still made sure I was comfortable and informed. Overall (for an E.R.), it got quite busy and I was comfortable and well taken care of. The discharge instructions are thorough, very helpful and informative.
