We fell in love with their contemporary style homes and they made the buying processes easy and smooth. Any issues were taken care of in a timely and orderly fashion. By far best home buying experience. Furthermore, while waiting for the completion of our home, we rented in their townhome communities in both north mesa (Lehi) and in Cadence (Annex at Cadence). The townhomes have the same style of home and are pretty for a small family while being surprisingly affordable!
