I asked the facility who was the company that young man worked for and they connected me with Newport Home Care. Andy was our main caregiver that helped with my dad and Teri was the coordinator I spoke to about scheduling for my dad. Newport Home Care was a great agency to work with for the care of our family member. Even though we did not live in close proximity, the communication and care for our family member was excellent. I was referred to this company a few weeks ago. I was sent a caregiver for my mom who lives in assisted living. My mother has dementia and needs help with walking with her rollator and basic cleaning chores since she is having some trouble walking and standing. My mother recently had some falls and I needed help as I was having eye surgeries and couldn’t be with her.
