DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS! I rented two duffys the evening before thanksgiving for the family. First of all, our reservation was at 3:30 pm and they didn’t have the boats back/ready until after 4 pm. We had a lovely cruise around the harbor, no issues. One week later I notice an EXTRA charge for $575 damage. They are claiming we damaged the roof on a boat??? We rented a Duffy boat for 2 hours to cruise thru Newport bay to look at holiday lights. Instructions were super easy to follow and the boat was easy to drive. They decorated the boat with holiday lights and pillows. It was perfect and will become a new annual family tradition for us.
The staff was friendly and well organized. They did a great job clearly explaining the boat operation and rules to the drivers and passengers.
