This redneck came to our home, no uniform, unmarked truck. I’m sorry I wasn’t home. He made my wife very uncomfortable. We called another glass shop in Costa Mesa, black owned, and we’re good. Too bad people like this still exist.
Don’t bother trying to work with them. I’ve left several messages over the last month. Stopped my the store location twice during there listed business hours. They never answer the door or return you calls. Don’t waste your time. Found another location that was professional and helpful. Happy to do my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional!!!
Was so happy with the results. They replaced the glass in my French doors that had a blurry appearance. Saved me from replacing the doors. Excellent customer service. Reasonable pricing.
If you are looking to have a shower door installed, look no further. Shower doors are the focal point in the bathroom so it was important to us to get the right one. I have to say Chris Chalmers at Newport Glass really knows his stuff and gave us every option imaginable (cut, hardware, glass type, coating etc..) and gave some great recommendations without pushing expensive upgrades. The owner and his two employees arrived to replace our broken glass. Without warning, they brought two small, unleashed dogs to our home where we have a cat and an 18 month old child. We addressed the issue and were told, “The dogs are going back in the truck anyway.” Meanwhile, the dogs proceeded to prance around our property and on our furniture.
