We love renting the Duffy boats. Time on the water with family and friends is relaxing and fun. We appreciate the blue tooth to add music to our time. Another 2 hours spent with friends from out-of-town who loved every minute. Also had a visitor, of course begging for food. Love Newport Fun Tours & Rentals!
We rented a Duffy for the Newport Christmas boat parade. We've rented duffys from this company many times for events like this. They are easy to work with, Nicole makes it a breeze to reserve and make sure you have all the information you need to make it smooth once you get there. The boats are clean, the people that help you get in them, and later out of them are friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.
After 6 years, the company decided to chat GPT and send me an automated long response that suggests I "Please reach out directly to our management team at [insert official email/phone] so we can assist with your booking personally, honor any promotional codes, and ensure a smooth experience." Looks like someone was so quick to copy and paste that they forgot to insert office mail/phone.
