One of the worst fish experiences I've had in Toronto. The fried fish from the hot table was as morose as the service. How can a fish monger cook fish (mackerel, cod cake) so poorly. Both items were so oily, unappetizing, slapped together messes. Store is unkempt, uninviting. But, One extra star for the great guy behind the actual fish counter. Never will return, nor recommend. You might notice the identical 'bot' reviews if you scroll down further trying to boost up the ratings of this sorry place.
The fish was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real care. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Excellent quality and service—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!
