I’m pleased to have finally found a doctor I feel comfortable seeing for any medical needs. Dr Wellington is extremely thorough with a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humour (I was debating whether to write this as I’m worried he’ll become so popular I won’t be able to get in with him!). As a new patient I was very impressed with the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the clinic.

Wonderful clinic ! Didn’t have any appointments left but squeezed in my daughter for a quick check - great service every time we attend . 100% recommend. They have lowered the age for children to 5 for bulk billing. Not very family friendly in my opinion. Especially in this day and age . It used to be 15 not sure why they thought it was necessary to drop it so low.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My negative review and complaint relates to a recent patient, let's call her B. B attempted to have a regular script filled by 2 of the doctors at this practice. The first doctor incorrectly activated the script and then decided he would not prescribe it due to whatever reason, most likely lack in confidence due to unfamiliarity. Saw the dr for exactly 15 minutes but was charged for a double consult. Single consult is 20 minutes. When raised with receptionist she would not change it. They did this last time also. I wonder if they are doing this to everyone?? Will find a new dr.
