I had a great experience with Dr Cavalieri and his office staff. Very professional and comforting. I have high anxiety with dental work but I as very comfortable at this office.
I had an old root canal repaired yesterday and Dr Pene was absolutely amazing! He's complete pro, not painful at all and my mouth isn't sore. 100% excellent including the staff.
If I could give Dr. Golchert 10 out of 5 stars I would!! The whole office was so wonderful in itself, all the Dr.’s and staff were very attentive and caring to my needs, they were all very straightforward to what to expect regarding the whole treatment. Firstly, I had a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Pene. I will say he did a good job and took care of my root canal in about 90 minutes.. I was told before the procedure that my out of pocket would be $657. And insurance would be billed for the remainder. I agreed to this. About 6 weeks after the procedure, I received a bill for $107. Thought this must be a mistake. So I called Delta dental, and was told they paid an additional $1212. I had a very complicated abscess that required root canals on two teeth, so six canals and I needed my gum opened up for further drainage. It was a real mess. I opted for sedation and am so grateful they offer it. Miraculously, when I woke up over 3 hours later, I had no real pain. Dr. Cavalieri is really good. I have a very low tolerance for pain and to wake from something so grueling pain-free means Dr Cavalieri is one of those guys who knows how to place novocaine so it’s effective and it lasts.
