I found the perfect solution when I was at the Newport Dental Centre. The kind and caring staff and the fantastic Dr Patel was absolutely wonderful and quick to find the solution. I am so happy with the results of my procedure and would like to praise all of the staff highly. Sincerely, this is five star at its best Thank you William Wells.
Fantastic experience at this Practice, the staff were friendly and professional, the appointment was on time and Dr Patel was incredible. He talked me through the whole procedure in a simple yet comprehensive consultation and performed in a gentle and caring manner, stopping several times to check my wellbeing. Highly recommended!!
Absolutely disappointed. Went in to get a cavity fixed, walked out with my gum messed up instead. Was supposed to be a simple procedure, but somehow the dentist managed to damage my gum badly – it’s been sore and bleeding ever since. Not only that, but there was barely any explanation or proper aftercare advice. Felt rushed and not properly looked after. Wouldn’t recommend if you care about your mouth. There are plenty of better dentists around – this one’s a hard no from me. 👎
