Nice area to celebrate birthday and baby showers .
HOA rules do not allow residents to park in the parking lots in this complex. They reserve them for guests only. The parking spots are never fully occupied by guests leaving 8 or more empty spots in front of my home at all times. Yet, I have to walk very far from the side streets and I feel that it is a safety issue at night. I brought up this issue to the HOA and even attended their board meeting to ask for change.
