Nice area to celebrate birthday and baby showers .
HOA rules do not allow residents to park in the parking lots in this complex. They reserve them for guests only. The parking spots are never fully occupied by guests leaving 8 or more empty spots in front of my home at all times. Yet, I have to walk very far from the side streets and I feel that it is a safety issue at night. I brought up this issue to the HOA and even attended their board meeting to ask for change. We suggested the solution of making some of the spots for residents and leaving some of the spots for guests. ... read more
I was not parking in a community under this association. Horrible service to give someone a notice in a community you are not authorized to post notices in. I was in visitor parking for less than two hours, visiting.
