I damaged my car on the Broad st Nashua repaving. I contacted the City of Nashua and they told me Newport construction was required to have 3rd party insurance in the contract. The Nashua DPW gave me a number and email address to file a claim with what I thought was the 3rd party insurance company. A week later I got a certified letter From Newport construction on their letter head telling me they were denying my claim. I asked Newport for the insurance and they never got back to me.
