Eddy and his team at Newport Collision are nothing short of spectacular. Special shout it to Josh Shelton for personally handling all my questions and concerns the whole process. From the initial call to the day they dropped it off in my driveway was very professional. They repaired my ford transit, minor side collision. They did an atrocious job on it. The side door was initially not closing fully and properly, and like a few other issues I had. They did take the van back and did some more work. Now the side door is super heavy but latches. There were two body panels they decided to conjoin with the body paint, after putting a really crappy caulk job. There is a lot of other crap. Overall I’d say pick any other auto shop for you vehicles! Terrible experience

At first they said they would need to keep my car for 3 days, I dropped the car off on a Monday, I called 4 days later asking about it and they said my car was being painted and would be done before the weekend. It was not. I call on the Friday and the same thing was said, my car was still being painted and now would not be done until after the long weekend. I also asked about a rough price of the job and woman at the desk said she would call me back later with an estimate. She never called back. And now I just called after ... read more
