Joe and his team are great! They do a great job at cleaning the cars in and out- lots of reviews mention upselling but I have never been pressured to get a service I didn’t want. Have done wax and detailing services on my Teslas, VW, and BMW and all come out great.

Great detailing service! My car looks fabulous after visiting Newport Carwash. <3 The owner, Joe, is hilarious - LOVED him. The waiting area is really nice. There's a beautiful fountain outside, so I sat there and read my book while waiting for my car. The staff did an awesome job and everyone was so friendly, lowkey could have stayed there all day. 10/10 thank u! Now my car is shiny and clean :)
They were very rude and didn't even ask what I wanted. They immediately tried to push the most expensive car wash, which was around $150. When I asked for just the interior and exterior, the worker had an attitude and told me not to expect much even though it still cost $45. Not only are they rude, but they also try to upcharge and make customers feel stupid. Every time I've come here, they leave marks and dents on the plastic inside of my car, and it looks terrible.
