Let me tell you a few things about Dr. Jeff. This is a very smart man and someone you can trust with your chiropractic needs. Listen up peeps, if he tells you that you need x-rays please listen to him and get them done. It's not complicated to do. I had mine done at the Newport Health Clinic less than 5 miles away. Dr. Jeff knows what he's talking about and when you tell him how smart he is, he's so humble. What a great team with Donna there to greet you and share a funny story or two. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Jeff is always responsive to my needs, and they always work to accommodate my hectic schedule.
Had an appointment scheduled and drove 40 minutes just to see a hand written sign taped to the door saying they were closed for a WEEK. Checked my voicemail assuming they would have at least reached out, but nothing. I took time off of work and rearranged my schedule for this, not to mention the wasted gas. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical. If you need to close for whatever reason, communicate with your patients. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend you don't either.
I highly recommend Newport Chiropractic Center!!! Dr Jeff and Miss Donna are amazing! I had constant back and neck pain. Hopefully when life and work calms down I can go back, again.
