UPDATE: DO NOT RECOMMEND. It's been 4 weeks now without a replacement expander or any retainer at all despite an impacted canine that looks like it's coming in in the upper gum area. The situation is now urgent and we were told to report this office to the California Dental Board, stop payment, and leave his practice. I am unable to reach the office. We went in for our appointment today and nobody was there. I have called multiple times and texted as well, and I am not getting a response. When I asked if everything is ok, I finally got a message saying that "Everything is great. Can you come in on Saturday 2/17?" with no explanation or apology for the missed appointment. Absolute gem of a doctor. Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Brady. No this is not a robot, a real client who received exceptional care - no hyperbole. He cares immensely about his craft, helping others.
