We had a serious water leak in a room where we have a heavy 12’ x 12' wool rug. We removed a good amount of the water from the rug but the rug was still soaked. Luckily we found Newport carpet and they came same day to extract all the water and put deodoriser to remove the odor.
They are quick and professional do recommend
