We bought our first caravan from Newport Caravans and I must say they were excellent. From day one they were very explanatory about the workings of the van as we are very new to how things work. Helpful in every way and even offered to tow the van to our chosen site ,which we happily accepted. Ryan and the team are truly amazing . Nothing too much trouble for them . We recommend Newport Caravans highly especially if our first purchase is anything to go by . Thank you to all the team .
Terrible customer service received today. Happy to sell us a new caravan but when a damp problem occurred in our brand new van we needed a warranty repair. Had to wait 2 months for the part- not Newport Caravan's fault but they wouldn't schedule booking it into their workshop until it arrived despite them knowing the timescale. When finally booked in there was another 2 month wait as they were 'busy'. On finally taking our caravan in today we have been told it will now be at least another month due to their 'holiday season'.... read more
We collected our caravan from Newport Caravans yesterday and we have to say that this family run business really knows how to put the customer first. The process of buying from initial viewing to collection was exceptional. This was in no small part due to Ryan who advised and supported us throughout the process. His communication and caring attitude was greatly appreciated. The ladies in he accessories shop were very helpful in helping us choose right size awning and arranging delivery.
