I am so impressed with the level of customer care from the owner Polly. I had called to explain a situation I had with a previous stylist that left me very turned off and disappointed ( from another salon). She than connected me with a stylist and an appointment for a consultation within the week. I am so excited to get my hair done here! But WOOW with the customer service. Thanks Polly!

I drove all the way from San Diego to get my haircut with Minoo, but I’m very unhappy with the result. The cut is not at all what I asked for, and it’s not even symmetrical—one side is longer than the other, and some parts of my hair are noticeably uneven. I had told her I came from far away, but she didn’t take the time to properly check my haircut. 130 for a simple cut + wasn’t even the cut I asked for! 😡 Never coming here again and the old grumpy lady simply told me to just never come back again! Don’t go here that old lady is something else! Scammers
