Did not complete the job 100% and when I called to mention this to them they did not even offer a discount just demanded that it be paid in full.
I had this company service my heads. The service Ken was great. I received the bill and the parts seemed very expensive. I did a quick check and a filter that they were charging $145 for wad $85 at multiple vendors. I sent an email stating that I know they need to mark up the price but just be reasonable. I received a rude phone call from Stephan, who was very aggressive, did not listen to what I had to say and threatening. I believe Stephan is the owner who should not be in customer service.
