Called set appt, showed up on time and when I gave the I’d and my PPO card they stated the doctor would not see me. Because I was self insured. Many Real estate agent are self insured. It wouldn’t have bothered me as much but us was a little brutal - I could pay cash etc. No options??? If this is the case they should not have wasted my time :(
Would be 5 stars but there was an extremely rude guy working the front desk when I called to have my test results faxed out. Doctor, NCV tech, and other staff were lovely.
Has anyone been able to get ahold of this office since April 1st? My prescription has been due for refill since the 30th of March and the pharmacy has faxed two requests and I have been calling every day at all times of the day to have it refilled. No one answers the phone and I have left voicemail after voicemail.
