Has anyone been able to get ahold of this office since April 1st? My prescription has been due for refill since the 30th of March and the pharmacy has faxed two requests and I have been calling every day at all times of the day to have it refilled. No one answers the phone and I have left voicemail after voicemail.
This office needs to get it together. I had an appointment today @9am and when I walk in to check in the guy at the front tells me “oh we rescheduled you at 2pm. I asked why didn’t you call me he replied “ oh sorry we got busy “ that’s bad customer service . I will not return to this office . I took off time work to do this appointment. !!!!
I got a little worried reading some of the reviews on Dr. Acevedo, but I found her, and the guys in the front office, to be extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Acevedo took her time, and explained things very well. She expressed a lot of concern conducting an EMG and NCV on me, but I don't have an issue with needles. But she still consistently asked how I was doing. She was very thorough in her exams. I would highly recommend this office.
