They did a great job cleaning and stretching my carpets at a great price! My carpet wasn't really stained but I saw the water from the steam cleaning and they definitely pulled out some built-up dirt. I also really appreciate that they have a portable machine for my condo, although I do wish they had a portable machine for grout cleaning too. I can only review their carpet cleaning and stretching skills, which were great! I will most likely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
My service technician was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. It also took him less time than estimated. He did a great job of carpet claning.
