I had a positive experience with the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS. The organization provides a professional and welcoming environment, and the staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. I appreciated the efficient service and the useful resources available for the local real estate community. Everything felt well organized and professionally managed. A solid resource for real estate professionals in the Newport Beach area.
Well organized and responsive.
Two crazy answering clerks weirdly said I can't talk to a supervisor to express concerns about Industry-wide blacklists because I didn't pay my relicensing fee yet. That makes no sense because they have a general duty towards me to ensure ethics are upheld, and this is my business.
Every time I have contacted the association or gone to their physical site, I have received friendly and thorough service. I love having a local association to help support my business. Keep up the great work!!
