Two crazy answering clerks weirdly said I can't talk to a supervisor to express concerns about Industry-wide blacklists because I didn't pay my relicensing fee yet. That makes no sense because they have a general duty towards me to ensure ethics are upheld, and this is my business.
Every time I have contacted the association or gone to their physical site, I have received friendly and thorough service. I love having a local association to help support my business. Keep up the great work!!
This is an amazing association with great customer service and staff. Shannon, Anna and Arlene are just amazing! I called in several times when I was setting up my membership and they were all patient and responsive. The turnaround time is incredible for service! Thank you so much to all of you. This is a great gem of an association!
