The customer service is very mean, are they don't know how to respect their customers
We had a really good service from this company. Technician saved our 15 years old washer installing used part he had on his truck. He explained that new part for this old washer would be too expensive and it would make more sense to buy a new washer instead. Thanks for honest service.
