I was initially hesitant about getting acupuncture but was desperate for relief from my TFL and hip flexor injury. After a month of seeing Dr Raisdana, I can move around without much pain and have full hip rotation back. Dr Raisdana is very warm, friendly, and welcoming, and has helped with my anxiety, focus, energy, scoliosis, bad knees, and muscle soreness with acupuncture and cupping. I highly recommend her, especially if you're new to acupuncture and Eastern Asian medicine.
I appreciate that Dr Raisdana works full-time, which provides flexibility in her schedule and a greater commitment to good service. Working with her directly for all matters and not having to go through a front office is also a plus. Personally, Dr Raisdana is attentive, listens, and responds. Highly recommended!
She is awesome! Take her time and showed genuine concerns for your needs to abate your pain.
