I like the initial look and scent, but my blue candle turned an ugly cloudy grayish color after just a few uses. No response from the company to email or Facebook message as to whether this is normal.
Business response:
The sun or bright light will fade candles. Each time your done burning, clean the melt pool(remove any wick droppings, as this will discolor gel.) I tend to burn darker candles as I don't like the discoloration. My apologies that your email was not answered, it may have gone to spam. Remember to save your empty jars as we do discounted refills at our factory store. Have a great rest of the week!
I bought a car scents and the 5 dollar bill I spent on it had more scent to it. Very disappointed

Sabrina my apologies that you feel this way. Per our phone conversation, we are happy to replace your candle, whether you bring it in or ship it back. If we have forgotten to put fragrance in, of course we would take care of shipping. We are unable to ship replacement candles without having the original, to ensure one had been purchased. Love your wax melts! Scent lasts way longer than scentsy melts.. And can smell it in the next room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love coming in and shopping for gifts here. Keep up the good work!
