This is going to sound so random at first but I promise this was amazing! I was headed down redwood road and I saw a lady stranded in the middle of the road so I turned around to go and help her push it off to the side and by the time I got there one of Newport’s work trucks was already there and 4 of their guys were pushing her across the road! To say the least I was impressed and even though I’ve never had anything installed by them, this show of character spoke volumes to the type of service that they provide!
I had Nate come take a look at a warranty claim. he was super professional and quick to diagnose. The repair he made looked better than before. He is a very knowledgeable individual that let me in on what happened. would recommend him for any future services.
We keep finding more and more interesting things they did when they wired our home. It hasn't burned down yet so I guess they are ok. Update-- 3/9/26 My husband had to replace the dishwasher because it was leaking while he was at it he decided to pull some additional electrical to the island. Boy was he in for a treat when he started looking at what these guys did it's actually amazing that her house hasn't burned down by now!
Newport gave a fast estimate, scheduled service timely, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I love my new garage lights. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for my electrical needs.
