I have been taking my dog for almost a year and a half, and I never met the veterinarian, they have a bad service and they keep charging you for the things that you don’t need. I don’t take my dog to this place anymore. There are better veterinarian and Reasonable with their pricing. They lost my business, and I am sure of my neighbors, and my friends are not taking their pets to this place anymore. It is so unfortunate that we have a veterinarian offices only looking on the pocket.
Dr. G SAVED MY French bulldog DAISY’S life. She ate a bee and unbeknownst to me was allergic to it. She broke out in welts and vomiting. I called ahead and was met at the front door with one of the techs. They brought her back and gave her a shot that truly saved her life. I’ll be forever grateful to them. I’ve been going there for both of my French bulldogs for the last five years. When I had to put one of them down. Dr. G sat with us and held our hands while we cried. Everyone in this Office is wonderful
I had an appt. for my dog to have a teeth cleaning. Kaitlyn was so helpful and has a keen sense of detail and follow up! I've had customer service positions and dealing with the public can be so tough! Kaitlyn was so thoughtful and wentvout of her way to help me. Then at the end of my appointment, Abe was the other great person who rang me up. He also took time, explained products and rang me up. Sofia's teeth looked so great and she was awake for the cleaning!! I'm so happy with my visit and experience. Thank you!!
We've been going to this vet since I was born (im in my 20s now) and my first pups unfortunately passed. I was too young to understand how much effort REAL vets put into their care vs just claiming you're a veternarian for the job title. Now, one of my current dogs has stage 4 lymphoma all of a sudden, literally DAYS after a check-up. We weren't notified until i had spoken out about 3-4 times AND checkups expressing my concerns for swollen lymphnodes and cysts around her body. Love these people!!! I breed and show Standard Poodles. Dr. Heathcock has been taking care of my poodles for years! Always goes above and beyond for my beloved dogs. Her attention to detail and her diagnostic skills are remarkable. Dr. G who owns this practice has created an environment of excellence...not to mention his amazing surgical skills.
