My son was admitted into Newport in Connecticut. While there communication was awful. We would call to get information or check on the status of our son only to be told someone would get back to us. When they did get back it was usually days later. While there our son went off and destroyed property. He was in a rage. No one stopped him so he did a ton of damage which I may have to pay for. Go anywhere else. My brother sent his 14 year old to Newport Academy in Great Falls for anger issues among other issues. After about 4 weeks they called and asked them to come get him because he was being confrontational with the staff. Isn't that the kind of problem they are supposed to help with.With insurance they still put out over 10k out of pocket. Newport Acadeny should be ashamed to call themselves a treatment facility. i was there this past spring, and it was overall a great experience! Mark Chowning, Liz Brown, and Jerry Strickland are amazing! Liz really helped start my family and I on the right path, we are forever grateful for her. The CC’s Morgan, Caroline and Kat are so kind, supportive, and amazing staff. Mark is one of the best men I’ve met, he truly cares about the clients and their treatments and is just a good human. Residential can be scary, but if future clients are in these people’s care they are in good hands. :)

Creekside is so good I was here twice and it was so amazing , I will never forget Megan now the rs at creekside she was so nice and she was always there for me and also kept me accountable and Megan was there both times when I was there . I will also never forget Sophie me and her always were laughing together and I will never forget that .
