Do yourself a favor and find someone else to replace your windows. We had 19 windows in our house and they came with 19 windows but a bedroom window was missing and there was an extra window for our living room. They never told us about the extra window or offered us a refund for it until we found out on our own. I was refereed to Newpane by a good friend who knew someone in the past who worked for them. After getting a quote that was alot more than ******** windows I went with them because they took the time to visit the site and measure all the rough openings. The biggest mistake I made was paying the invoice in full just to place the order. After the original shipment was delivered there were 2 windows that were the wrong size.
