First, let me say that my windows are beautiful and work wonderfully. Installation and product were as advertised. However, I am sorry to have to recommend that you buy your Milgard windows from anyone other than Newpane. When their installers put in my Master Bedroom window, which is above my Duralum patio cover, the installers made no effort to protect my patio roof.
