I have been to this place twice and there is no better detox in Ontario the Here the staff are extremely nice and if you’re looking for a bright future to stop drinking and motivation the best place to come is here I met some friends here and it was life-changing both times
I first came to New World in 2021. The treatment I received at that time was incredible, they did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The owner at that time (Mohammad I believe) was there to greet you upon arrival and he came in to see how everyone was doing daily. Immediately I felt seen and he was very personable. Under new management as of 2023, very little help upon entry, have stayed here before in 2021 and was blessed to experience what other great reviews said, things used to be great, upon leaving in 4 hours , having to dispute for a refund having given no medication upon arrival , was the worst experience i ever imagined, especially when they know your already going through a rough time, was even asked to bring my own medication from home, new management seems to not care at all about individuals over money (staff seems like go... read more
