This “lawyer” barely attended any hearings when he did it was via zoom or had another person in his stead. did absolutely nothing for my case. no a single thing. Got the money we agreed on and now is sending me bills for fees i do not owe him. perhaps someone is stealing from him and im being used to pay that back, idk. he is no longer representing me. my case is still being heard and i’m doing a lot better alone. thanks for nothing mr newnham.

My husband paid Newhman $5000.00 to handle his divorce. Then Newhman asked for $2000.00 more to handle a 401k and IRA which was to be split between my husband and his ex-wife. The QDRO’S to get the IRA and 401k split and get the $ have not been completed. My husband is terminally ill and Newhman knows this and has not done the work he was paid for. I found Mr. Newnham is very helpful in a very complicated case. Even though I live on a fixed income, he was able to work with me . Just the fact that he worked with some of the most talented family law lawyers in California has given me a great deal of personal relief from the most stressful issues that I have ever faced in my life. Sometimes, hiring a lawyer is like shooting craps, However, his deep knowledge of the complicated family law system is reassuring and gives me a sense of calm.

The attorney doesn’t know who he shows up to represent and is unprepared. Their billing is never mailed month to month and the office isn’t very helpful either.

If you want to win your case don't come here! Pay the fee for a real lawyer. Trust me and so many others it will be worth that $100 council fee in the end. If course he himself posts he can't believe ppl can post here. Only horrible business practices get you these comments. Stop having employers, family and friends boost ur stars, it's not fair to ppl needing serious and impacting help!!
