Newnham constructions completed our renovations that was a QBCC home warranty insurance claim. The previous builders left an absolute mess and went into liquidation. Multiple defects were identified that Newnham Constructions had to fix. All the tradesmen that rectified the work were very tidy, polite and professional. Even though it was a long process with delays it was 100% worth it because the job was finished and done properly.
While I was a BIG Advocate of this company at one point, a recent event, where it was just a simple case of providing Customer Service, on previous works done. Resulted in a - I said your said - Type of Deal. which then resulted in this company not holding up and looking for excuse's not to do work (which they had done). So rather than go through and exhaustive process - we let it go, but .... and there is always a but. My protest is writing this Review. Be Careful -- when dealing with this Company.
