The reviews are not lying, they are rude. The front office is rude. I just had to cancel a same day appointment because my child fell and needs to go to urgent care and the front desk person was like yeah, a $25 dollar fee will be added to your account and for me its not the actual fee, it’s how she said it, like I was a huge inconvenience or I like I was lying, sorry but I have to take care of my child. I won’t ever recommend anybody to go to that place their stuff people are so rude they don’t even care to help when you need them it’s so absurd they’re prices to expensive. Not a good place!!

This place is a joke. Went in for blood work, they stated they would follow up with the results within 24-48 hrs. I had to call back about 2weeks later to get the results. I was told the doctor would recommend me to a specialist. No referral was done. Went in for a 3 mo follow up visit. Still the doctor had no concerns, he acts very nonchalant about the situation. This place is a joke. O have been having random fevers and some sort of flare up foralmost 2 yeara. I have to remind the doctor every time I go in what I've been going through and they keep saying it's a viral infection. That's what they diagnosed everyone with. They have no concern about making you better or finding out what's happening. They just treat your symptoms. I will be finding another primary care physician.
