This office is completely unorganized. The doctor is only there two days a week, which makes it nearly impossible to get anything done in a timely manner. I’ve had to call over and over again just to remind them to send in my prescription refill, and even after all that, I STILL haven’t received it. It’s beyond frustrating to have to chase down basic medical care.
Last week I went in for a follow up exam from a UTI, I potentially have.. I went in last Friday 1/31 to do a urine culture and they said it would take a week for the results to come back which I understand completely. I called the following Friday to get my results, and when I called I was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes and then one of the assistant managers picked up the phone and said they couldn’t find my urine sample that was sent out at all, then they came up with an excuse that my “urine got lost” which is absolu... read more
This place is absolutely terrible and just down right awful. Anytime you want to get connected to anyone, nobody answers the phone and the people who do pick up the phone have nothing but an attitude and could care less about what you want and need. The building is so ran down and absolutely ghetto, the rooms are hot and anytime you try to get an answer on any test results, you ain’t gonna hear back from anyone period about them. We thought we had found our new Dr. Office. I think I have changed my mind due to a recent experience. Made an appointment and told to wait in the car for testing due to symptoms...waited in the car for an hour just to get tested and told it would be a few days before they got the results and in the meantime go to urgent care if feeling worse!THIS IS A DRS OFFICE.... basically saying we don't want to treat you because we don't know what you have! This is beyond ridiculous! Nevermind being sick...just go home till we get test... read more
