My wife made an appointment for a curtain consultation and they didn’t show up. Our calls went unanswered so we left a voicemail. It’s four days later and we haven’t heard a peep. Business must be good to not care that much. We will spend our money somewhere else.
Newmoon blinds were incredibly helpful when I had my windows replaced and needed to resize and install my custom roller blinds. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and I highly recommend them for any window treatment or related work.

I love my custom curtains! They look beautiful and the installation guy was very nice and professional. High quality fabric and they worked with me to get them looking just right (I wanted a particular puddle effect of the long drapes on the floor). I was really happy they had a simple ceiling mount track available since my windows are tricky and there was no other way to do it except ceiling mount.
