I purchased a car from Newmarket Motor Company in July 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From July to December, I encountered numerous issues requiring me to bring the car back for repairs several times. This culminated in a catastrophic turbo failure on 21st December 2024. Deeply disappointed with service at NMC. The deception and lies started at the point of sale and progressed to a sale representative using my car WITHOUT my consent OR knowledge to drive in and around south west London while my car was under there care for works, and I was away. Pfft, they are now no more.
purchased a car in November, problems with engine from the off which our local garage looked at. Raised with NMC in 1st week of January, promised calls to our garage, which never happened and have ignored/fobbed off all attempts at contact in the weeks after. Staff were still answering the phone and taking messages to call back up to about 10 days ago.
