Called for a massage and somehow they weren't able to book me then over the phone. I should've read the writing on the wall then and there, but I foolishly left my contact info, being told the masseuse would call me back to schedule. That never happened. I'm looking for a new masseuse, I have benefits and I likely would have gotten 6 to 10 massages a year for...decades to come. Sucks to be you. You traded all that for a 1 star review. 4.8 star review average should also be a red flag, as it means they're manipulating.

Used this facility for their HBOT service and was very satisfied. The staff were kind and accommodating, service was on time, and the facility and equipment were nice and clean. I strongly recommend them.
I went there with back/neck issues and Alla who was my acupuncturist was absolutely amazing! She helped a lot, she is very knowledgeable and kind.
The staff are very caring and helpful. That means a lot to me. Thank you.
