Don’t try to gaslight me, first I didn’t buy a BAD part I purchased the wrong part big difference. I never once said you didn’t have to pay your employee or you shouldn’t pay your employees but overcharging to do so is insane!!!! $338 an hour……..I told the truth and MY EXPERIENCE including the part where I said I PURCHASED THE WRONG PART. My experience was just that—my experience, and I believe I am entitled to share it, especially since it was not a positive one. I was initially excited to bring my car in for repairs, but I left disappointed. My experience here was very disappointing. I called the day before to get a price for replacing two motor mounts, I was told $300 to replace both because I have my own parts. I went in and was told the price was incorrect and that it would be around $556 because she put in transmission mounts, I said no problem and I asked how much it would be to include a serpentine belt as well and the total came up to be around $626 for it all.
