Starting out by saying I have always loved Newmark. I have been involved in and/or lived in new construction homes by Newmark, Perry, and Lennar in the past (all in Fort Bend County). Based off of design and quality, I preferred Newmark most. However, now that I’ve lived in my Newmark in Sienna, I can say the quality of experience in Sienna is not up to par.
