All the managers/leaders here are unprofessional and shamefully disorganized. Clearly no one working at this office is a practitioner in the field. Not sure if anyone here even cares about real estate…or if this was just the next place that hired them. If you talk to any of them, very few come from a real estate related background. These “leaders” are not competent enough for something like CRE.

Vigil commercial roofing has recently did repair work on their commercial buildings that they own over at Westmore. We still have not been paid from these people. They did not pay their vendors when their roof was leaking. We went out there and took care of it. No more roof leak but they sure do not know how to cut a check every week.
