Can't recommend. Overall poor work by the on site builder on the team who was not up to the task and not supervised, subcontractors were obviously the cheapest and lacking responsibility and skills, also unsupervised. Unwilling to correct the numerous failures and when they were, still mostly unsuccessful. This was an expensive extension, designed by good architects and I had to pay outsiders to correct so many poorly executed aspects of this project. Absolutely love the team at Newmark. Professional. Friendly and the best in the business. Our house is perfect and this is thanks to Mark and his team. The job site was always immaculate and the craftsmanship was incredible. For what should be a stressful experience, couldn’t have been happier or more enjoyable. They are transparent and communicate daily. Thank you for bringing our dream home to life.
