Based on my experience, I am not able to recommend Newmark with respect to commission payment timeliness. I executed a co-broker agreement, and the commission was structured to be paid in several installments. I am unable to recommend Newmark based on my experience regarding commission payment timing. I executed a co-broker agreement and have been waiting for the commission to be paid. Despite follow-ups, the payment has not been issued within the expected timeframe, and the communication around status and timing has been inconsistent. Commission handling should be clear, timely, and aligned with written agreements. I hope the company improves its processes for co-brokers and external partners.
