This is the epitome of customer service and overall excellence. Our technician Norm, was very experienced and helpful. Norbert, our educator, is not only knowledgeable, but wise!
Very nice camping ground very helpful techs, parts people and other staff. Separate waiting areas for pet and non-pet owners with living room type furniture. Helpful communication, we come every couple of years for various repairs. No other place like it for Newmar only repairs.
If you own Newmar, this is the place to be for repairs, maintenance, parts, and wisdom! Offering patiently waiting customers a nice lounge area and an RV lot for necessary overnight stays. Great friendly customer service. Best to make an appointment, but they do service drop-ins.
The Newmar Service Center is the best. The service was thorough, professional and timely. Mike is great; he took care of a host of small warranty repairs, gave feedback every day and installed our Starlink system with a couple other guys too. We definitely highly recommend the Newmar Service Center, Mike and team. We will go back for annual maintenance. The service center is convenient to restaurants and groceries too. Finally, we enjoyed the Nappanee Memorial Day parade while we were there!
If you want it done right, this is the place!!!! 05/14/2025. Best service center ever. Each the technicians is an expert on your coach Sunrise coming here cuz you know the work will be done correctly
