We have been to the Newmar Service Center a couple of times. You have to schedule well in advance for service but they do a great job. We've had both service and damage repair performed. They are great at keeping you informed. You can stay in your RV when they are not working on it and they provide a nice lounge for when they have it in the work bay. We would use them again. I only wish they were closer

This is our first time at the service center. We were impressed with the set up of being able to stay in our coach (the 3 inches of snow was a surprise!). Our service technician, Dennis, was accommodating allowing us to shadow him and ask questions during our 5 day stay. The customer lounge was large and comfortable with a laundry area, pet area, and break room. Nappanee has a cute downtown area that should be explored in the afternoons. We will definitely be back!

Buy a Newmar, they are the top shelf of the RV industry, just don't expect assistance when they choose poor quality items for the high rigs. All our furniture has failed, not to mention the window issues.. no help from Newmar, with the exception of the parts department. Joe is their saving grace.
