Reached out to schedule service, got an email back with a quote for the work needing to be done and signed / returned for scheduling, recieved email for scheduling, responded and awaiting a response to confirm a date to bring my motorcoach in for quality service. They send you a few pages of service offerings and arent pushy, its an a la carte type option set-up on additional services if interested but you can choose just necessary service also. They provide a breakdown on hours needed for the repair which is great also.
Best company, best people & cleanest service area ever! We’ll always have a NEWMAR because of them. They took care of us, listened, have a wonderful customer area along with dog areas inside too. We appreciate them taking care of their employees because their employees take care of us!
They knew what our problems were in advance of us arriving. I was originally told we would be there a week. We arrived on Mon and Tues afternoon they told us that we would be leaving Wed as they had someone else coming in and they needed to work on their RV. They did not finish the work on our rv and pushed it back on our local dealer. What they did "fix" was not fixed at all. These guys are top notch! We had our 2003 Dutch Star re-skinned and painted with a complete color change, new patio awning, and new roofs on the slides. They did an excellent job! They take great pride in there work. Our coach is a 2003 that looks like a 2026 without all the emissions! Thanks to Stuart, Ben and all the rest of the Newmar crew! We will be Newmar customers for life!
