Right now I am very disappointed in Newmar. We purchased a small Newmar motor home, thinking it was a quality product from a reputable company. Now my opinion has changed. I know it’s typical to have things that need to be serviced and fixed when getting a new RV, but I have never had it be more complicated, and take so long. Our air conditioner does not work, we have 2 and both do not put out the cooling we need to be comfortable. With the system set at 70 degrees, it stops working at 80 degrees. This is the epitome of customer service and overall excellence. Our technician Norm, was very experienced and helpful. Norbert, our educator, is not only knowledgeable, but wise!
Very nice camping ground very helpful techs, parts people and other staff. Separate waiting areas for pet and non-pet owners with living room type furniture. Helpful communication, we come every couple of years for various repairs. No other place like it for Newmar only repairs.
If you own Newmar, this is the place to be for repairs, maintenance, parts, and wisdom! Offering patiently waiting customers a nice lounge area and an RV lot for necessary overnight stays. Great friendly customer service. Best to make an appointment, but they do service drop-ins.
The Newmar Service Center is the best. The service was thorough, professional and timely. Mike is great; he took care of a host of small warranty repairs, gave feedback every day and installed our Starlink system with a couple other guys too. We definitely highly recommend the Newmar Service Center, Mike and team. We will go back for annual maintenance. The service center is convenient to restaurants and groceries too. Finally, we enjoyed the Nappanee Memorial Day parade while we were there!
