Where to start, if there was a negative star button I would have used it, the owner Butch Newman will say what ever he thinks will sell you the piece of crap he wants to sell, I paid 102.900 for a 65000 at best home up front, he had the home built and delivered, then it sat on his lot long enough “over a year” that I rejected the home due to moisture and mold, as well as what would have been structural issues eventually. I have to redo my review, because after this whole ordeal got over with it has definitely changed. First off the buying process was smooth. Susan did a great job doing our paperwork and talking us through everything. And because of that I will leave 2 stars. But when it comes to the owner Butch, there is something seriously wrong with him. Once my home got delivered to the park I got a chance to look at everything really good. My husband and I noticed that the master bathroom's bath tub had cardboard in it. When we lifted it... read more
