Update - Since they commented saying the location was not the same. Odd. Your address is listed as the business! 26 million viewers on my end, let's rate. The same individual owns the shop on Shady Pine Lane in Joplin. Same address come up on this site as the business on Shady. Unfortunately, the guy is quite rude. The name Shady fits the experience. Perhaps focusing on customer service would be beneficial for you as a business owner, especially when selling online. Good luck.

After calling multiple people from google about a difficult dryer vent cleaning no one responded or could do it until I got a hold of Tricia! The guys came over that day and were able to fix my problem! The communication is top tier in their industry!

I would recommend this company and crew to anyone. We had a pretty lengthy project underneath our home within a crawlspace that is around 28 inches high. They installed moisture barriers, a french drain, and much more. This group of workers showed up every morning early and ready to work hard. For my peace of mind, they also treated the wood with a product that would help prevent any mold growth in the future. I'm from Nixa and they went above and beyond helping me take care of my crawl space with a vapor barrier/ sump pump/ dehumidifier/ and fogging. They are very honest and kind people with very fair pricing. I'm so grateful for all their hard work!
