Excellent customer service. Prompt. Communicates great. Best price by a long shot from the quotes we got. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable thorough. Explained everything. In all our 60+ years, my husband and I have never worked with a company that was as professional and full of heart as Newman's! They went above and beyond in taking care of our mold restoration , and their crews were a wonderful group of young men, and Travis! :) Very kind and respectful! I truly can't say enough great things about their work, their integrity, and their compassion!
I had just closed on a home and 2 days later got alot of rain, basement flooded. I called Newmans and they sent someone out that day, and a crew the next morning to take care of my problems ~!~ I can't thank them enough for the prompt service and the peace of mind. !!
